由亚化咨询主办的环氧化合物产业链技术与市场论坛2019将于124-5苏州召开。

 

环氧化合物是化工行业尤其是精细化工重要的组成部分,主要有环氧乙烷(EO)、环氧丙烷(PO)、环氧氯丙烷(ECH)1,2-环氧丁烷(1,2-BO)等。目前,全球大宗环氧化合物市场需求量:EO约为3000万吨/年,PO1000万吨/年,ECH250万吨/年。中国商品EO消费量超200万吨/年,POECH表观消费量分别近300万吨/年和80万吨/年。

 

在安全环保日趋严格,产业结构优化调整的背景下,随着新工艺与催化剂的开发与应用,环氧化合物原料和生产技术朝多元化方向发展,高污染的传统路线将被取代。20194月国家《产业结构调整指导目录》征求意见稿鼓励15万吨/年及以上直接氧化法PO20万吨/年及以上共氧化法PO项目,限制氯醇法PO和丙烯高温氯化法ECH生产装置。

 

创新驱动已经成为环氧化合物产业链发展的新常态。环氧化合物主要用于生产减水剂、表面活性剂、聚氨酯、环氧树脂、增塑剂等。随着经济发展和技术进步,在工程塑料,生物可降解塑料,电子化学品等高价值领域的应用也在不断开发,并取得了丰硕成果。

Call for Presentations - Epoxides IndustrialChain Tech & Market Forum 2019

 

Dear Colleagues:

 

ASIACHEMwill organize theEpoxides Industrial Chain Tech & Market Forum 2019will be held by ASIACHEM on Dec. 4-5 in Suzhou,China.

 

Epoxides are important parts of thechemical industry, especially fine chemicals, mainly includes ethylene oxide(EO), propylene oxide (PO), epichlorohydrin (ECH), 1,2-epoxybutane (1,2-BO), etc.At present, globally demand for EO is about 30Mt/a, PO 10Mt/a, and ECH 2.5Mt/a.The consumption of China’s commodity EO exceeds 2 Mt/a, the apparentconsumption of PO and ECH is nearly 3Mt/a and 800kt/a respectively.

 

Under the background of stricter safety andenvironmental protection, and chemical industry upgrading, the R&D of newprocesses and catalysts lead to the epoxides feedstock and technologiesdiversification, the polluted route will be replaced. In April 2019, the draftof National "Industrial Structure Adjustment Guidance Catalogue"encourages 150kt/a and above direct oxidation PO, 200kt/a and aboveco-oxidation PO project, and restricts the chlorine method PO and propylenehigh temperature chlorine process ECH productions.


Innovation becomes new normal for epoxidesindustrial chain. Epoxides mainly used in the production of water reducingagents, surfactants, polyurethanes, epoxy resins, plasticizers, etc. Witheconomic development and technological advancement, more researchers pay attentionsto the epoxides applications in high-value fields, such as engineeringplastics, biodegradable plastics and electronic chemicals. And fruitful resultsare achieved.
